Introduction to Our Agreement

This document is the legal contract between you (the Player) and SkyCrown Casino. While legal documents are traditionally dense, we have highlighted the key areas that affect your gameplay and payouts.

1. Account Ownership and Verification

• Age: You must be 18+ to play.
• Single Account: You are permitted only one account. Creating “duplicate” accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a breach of terms and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
• Accuracy: You must provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID. If you register as “PokieKing88” but your bank says “John Citizen,” we cannot pay you.

2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

As a licensed operator, SkyCrown follows strict AML protocols. This means:

• All deposits must be wagered at least 3x before they can be withdrawn. This prevents the casino from being used as a money-laundering vessel.
• Withdrawals must go back to the original source of the deposit whenever possible.

3. Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

We love giving out bonuses, but we monitor for “irregular play patterns,” which include:

• Delayed Rounds: Holding a “Free Spins” feature in a game, closing the game, and coming back to play it after the wagering requirement is met.
• Low-Risk Betting: For example, betting on both Red and Black in Roulette to clear a bonus.
